We don't have a salary budget right now and we're honest about that. What we offer instead is a stake in what we're building. When Ephinite generates revenue, everyone who helped build it gets a share. The earlier you're in, the better the terms.
Your name on real work.
Every case study, post, and tool you build ships under your name. You get a profile on the platform, byline on every piece of content, and full credit for what you build. This is a portfolio play as much as it is a team play.
You shape the product.
There's no product manager, no roadmap set in stone, no process to navigate. If you have an opinion on what we should build next – say it and we'll build it. Early team means real influence over what this becomes.
Remote and async.
No office, no fixed hours, no mandatory meetings. We work wherever we are and communicate when we have something to say. You're measured by what you ship, not how many hours you're online.
